Items are suitably packed (double boxed if necessary) at our expense to ensure safe arrival.
We do not charge for packaging material. Occasionally, however, on large pieces we may have to purchase
special packaging. In this situation the buyer will be charged for the box only. We ship from our
address in Germany, by standard DHL, usually within 5-7 working days from receipt of payment.
For priority overseas shipments we are happy to quote for courier services such as Federal
Express or UPS. We will provide full documentation,including certificates of origin or
customs invoices, if required and we ship worldwide.
